Usizo was founded in 1998 and is wholly owned and managed by Sakhi Dumakude. It is a 100% black-owned company providing professional engineering services in the electrical energy sector.

Usizo has offices in Johannesburg, Gauteng Province (head office), and in each of the other eight South African provinces. Usizo employs 12 permanent staff across all 9 provinces in South Africa.

Enzani Molene Holdings (Pty) Ltd

Enzani was established in 2006 as a BBBEE investment holding vehicle for its founding members, with the aim of seeking investment opportunities in the energy sector. This would support the growth of the operational companies invested in renewable projects and engineering services (Enzani Technologies), amongst others.

Enzani has three black founding members (1 female, and 2 males) who are also the ultimate beneficiaries and ultimate shareholders.
